> How to start?

New member : Purchase a $20 PhonePlus SV Card ( c/w an Account no. and softPIN )

Existing SCPlus member : Submit PhonePlus Service Request eForm

> Registration/Top up

Step 1: Call gateway no. 66229761 from the phone you wish to use PhonePlus service
Step 2: Select language ( English, Chinese , Malay )
Step 3: Enter SoftPIN #

Note: Phone no. must NOT be a Private Line i.e. no caller I.D. as the system needs to capture the telephone no. for registration

> Making calls using the registered phone

1) Direct Call

Dial Gateway no. 66229763 - Enter destination no. # ( e.g. 6013xxxxxxxx# )

2) Callback

Step 1: Dial Gateway no. 66229762 Wait for callback
Step 2: Enter destination no. #

3) Web Management ( call details, trigger callback, web SMS, top up and check balance .. )

1. From AXS machine with ATM/Credit card and select Bill Payment - Futuretel – SV Card – Top Up PhonePlus - Enter Account no. or Phone no. - Enter Value

2. Through SCPlus EC/PC - Select Top Up PhonePlus

3. Through Electronic Form - Using EC/PC to topup or purchase SoftPIN

4. Purchase new PhonePlus card or SoftPIN. Call gateway no. 66229761 or log on to Web Management to top up with new PIN

Question: I am existing member using your TSC callback service. Can I switch to the PhonePlus callback service by using the same account no.?

Answer: Yes, just submit PhonePlus Service Request Form ( click here)

Question: Can I use my EC or PC to purchase or topup PhonePlus account?

Answer: Yes, you can do it from the Member's Corner or submit PhonePlus Service Request Form ( click here)

Question: I have registered my mobile phone for both TSC and PhonePlus services, which gateway no. should I call to trigger callback?

Answer: If you use TSC callback gateway to trigger callback, your TSC account balance ( starting with 88xxxxxx or 87xxxxxx ) will be deducted. Likewise, if you use PhonePlus callback gateway to trigger callback, your balance in PhonePlus account (starting with 59xxxxxx ) will be deducted

Question: Can I still earn commission from sponsoring new PhonePlus members?

Answer: Yes, PhonePlus SV Card is the same as ordinary SV Card except that the PhonePlus PIN/Password is used for activation of PhonePlus service

Question: If an existing SCPlus member sign up for PhonePlus service, will his/her sponsor be changed?

Answer: By default, his/her sponsor shall be the same. However, he/she is allowed to change the sponsor of his/her PhonePlus account no. but changing sponsor of existing SCPlus account no. is not allowed. i.e. a member can have many account nos. with different sponsors for each account. This is an unique feature of SCPlus system.

Question: Can a PhonePlus member sponsor downline to enjoy the SCPlus Sales Compensation Plan?

Answer: Yes, PhonePlus member is the same as any ordinary SCPlus member

Question: Do I have to keep different PhonePlus accounts for using direct dial, callback and web SMS?

Answer: No, one PhonePlus account will do. You just have to dial the respective gateway no. to trigger the different services. All usage charges will be deducted from the same account balance
