Personalised SV Card


SCPlus Personalised SV Card is exclusively for you. You can now be individual and different because you OWN your Personal SV Card. You can advertise yourself and your businesses on the card. You may choose to have the following options:

Option 1

You may choose to buy the original card without the value printed on the card. The default value of this card is S$2. You may set higher value.

Option 2

You may print your own value on the card. Pre-printed cards of value $5, $10, $15, $30 and $50 are available at our office.

Option 3

You may print your own words, logos or pictures on the card as advertisement, promotions, souvenirs or gifts to your customers, friends or loved one.

Q1 . Can I personalise any images I want ?

A . Yes, you can but please note that we reserve the right to reject any doubtful material. You will idemtify us if the material submitted is offensive, unlawful or infringe copyrights.

Q2 . What are the acceptable image types/formats ?
A . We accept digital images/photos in "BMP", "JPG" and "JPEG" formats. Please note that finished colour may differ from the original.

Q3 .What is the cost to personalise the SV Cards ?
A. Cost to each card = Printing cost + Card value

Q4 . Any PS for personalised SV Cards?
A . Personalised SV Card has the same concept as Classic Card which is not entitled to PS upon activation. PS will be given only upon topping up. The member who purchases the cards from the office will be the default sponsor of the card.

Q5 . How to make payment for my personalised SV Card ?
A . You may pay through:
1) AXS (Bill Payment -> Futuretel -> SV Card
2) Earned Credit (EC)
3) Cash

Q6 . How do I get my personalised SV Cards once they are ready ?
A . You can collect directly from our office during office hours or you can request to post via normal mail ( S$2 service charge ) or registered mail ( S$6 service charge ). It is important that you provide full and correct address. We are not liable for any lost mail. Typical delivery time is 3 working days upon payment.

Q7 . Can I purchase the personalised SV Cards in bulk on behalf of third parties/organisations ?
A . Yes, this is precisely one of the objective of Personalised SV Cards.

Q8 . What is your return/exchange policy on personalised SV Cards?
A . All cards sold are refundable within the first three months less 20% or S$20 admin charge whichever is higher provided that the cards are in original condition. However, printing cost is not refundable.
