Change of Office Opening Hours
With effect from 1st December 2007, our office opening hours will be changed to:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be closed.
Members are advised to log on to Member's Corner, use Electronic Forms, eNET , AXS kiosks or email to interact with us.
If you have problem with our callback
If you cannot get connected using our callback service, there could be following reasons:
Most likely:
Your called party is engaged.
Just try later.
Very likely:
Your have insufficient balance in your account.
Do not always wait till last minute to top up.
Very Often:
You have shared your account with
few telephone numbers. Your call will not be connected if any one of
your registered numbers is using the callback.
Do not share your account with people who make alot of call. Register them in seperate accounts.
Occasionally:
You are in a area where there are limited mobile phone coverage
Just move to another location or wait for a while.
Sometime:
You dial the wrong destination country code.

TSC Singapore to China Rate Dropped from 7 cts/min to 4.6 cts/min
TSC's Singapore to China rate has been adjusted to match OSC's China rate so that many OSC users who have migrated to TSC would still enjoy the cheapest China callback in Singapore. Not withstanding that TSC offers better Singapore to Singapore rate ( 3 cts/min ) than OSC ( 3.4 cts/min ).
TSC - Changing Language
TSC user can change their language selection by sending following SMS to any of the TSC mobile gateways:
EN for English
ZH for Chinese
TSC - Fixed Line Gateway to activate/top up/select language: 64919195
We have added a fixed line gateway to enable TSC users to activate / top up /select language in addition to the existing SMS method.
To sum up, the following are the fixed line gateway numbers for TSC services:

Vietnam
Vietnamese users can now sign up locally for the licensed IP phone services to make local and international calls. Call from Vietnam to Singapore is as low as S$0.05 per min.

3 Authorised SV Cards Outlets @ Paragon Shopping Centre, Lucky Plaza & Woodland MRT
Three outlets are carrying our SV cards under the trial project as requested by some members. Click here to check out the locations.
Only S$1 TSC SV Card are available for a start.
Members must purchase at S$1 per card in cash and subject to minimum 10 cards and in multiple of 10 thereafter.
As cards sold at outlet will not have Default Sponsor, please register as Default Sponsor of the cards through our Electronic Form.
After Office-hours SMS Customer Service Number
We have set up a mobile number 91997171 for members to communicate with us via SMS after office hours on URGENT matter only. Voice calls will not be entertained.
