Introduction
Classic Card combines the concept of Prepaid Card Retail Operation and SCPlus Network Marketing Strategies. It enables SCPlus members to earn instant incomes upon selling the cards and yet enjoy recurring incomes from future top-up
A 3-in-1 Card
1. It is a Retail Card
All SCPlus members are eligible to purchase the Classic Cards at 20% discount i.e. S$16/S$8/S$4 for S$20/S$10/S$5 Classic Cards respectively and earn instant incomes from selling to New users ( phone not yet registered with Futuretel )
2. It is a SV Card
Unlike TSC SV card, new Classic Card upon activation has no PC value. The SCPlus Plan B SCP will not reflect the card no. under the downline organisation.
Only upon Full Value top up, 100% of top-up value will be credited into PS of the Classic card. i.e. 20SV ( subject to 2SV deduction for AXS payment ) will be credited into PS for S$20 top-up. The SV Card member who purchased the Classic card ( Default Sponsor ) or a transferred Sponsor will become the Sponsor of the Classic Card under the SCPlus Plan B sales Compensation Plan
3. It is a Soft-PIN
Members can also purchase the Classic cards in the form of Soft-PINs so as to activate the Classic card accounts on behalf of their Users. The Soft-PIN values must be in multiple of S$5 e.g. S$5, S$10, S$25, S$50 etc. at 20% discount to SCPlus members. Similarly, PS will only be credited upon full value top up.
Competitiveness of Classic Card
The calling rates of Classic card will be very competitive in the market. During the promotion period, 5% Bonus Talk Time will be added into the S$20 Classic Card. i.e. Each S$20 Classic Card will have S$21 worth of talk time. i.e. Singapore to Singapore callback is 636 mins!!! or 3.1 cts/min.
It can be sold at any store and outlet to the public similar to the common prepaid cards. There will be no control over the retail price although the recommended retail price is full value of the card
Points to note
Only SCPlus SV Card members are eligible to purchase Classic Cards from FutureTel at discounted price
SCPlus members can utilise ECA scheme to purchase the Classic cards
If a Classic card user wants to join as SCPlus Plan B member, he has to top up at least S$20 in order to "activate" his SCPlus account under the SAME Sponsor
The Callback system will bar existing SV card users from topping up their accounts using Classic card PINs but topping up among the same cards are permitted

1.1 Direct Method

Key in PIN number #
System will announce balance
1.2 SMS Method
SMS to our mobile gateway with text message:
" PIN<space>PIN number"
Wait for SMS acknowledgement from system before use
Note: "PIN<space>PIN number<space>2" for Chinese language
1.3 To activate/top up on behalf of user
SMS to our mobile gateway with text message:
" PIN<space>Soft-pin<space>telephone no. "
e.g. PIN 1234567890 6599999999
6599999999 is the number that the value will top up to
2. To make a call
2.1 To make Direct Callback
Call one of our gateway number e.g. 64919196 ( recommended ) and wait for system to call you back
Answer the call and key in destination number e.g. 65xxxxxxxx# for Singapore number and wait for connection
2.2. To make SMS Callback
SMS destination number to mobile gateway and wait for callback and connection
3. To change language
SMS text message "EN" for English or "ZH" for Chinese to our mobile gateway
4. To Top-up
From AXS Kiosk - Click Top-Up -> Futuretel -> SV Card -> Top up Callback
Purchase another Classic Card and repeat step 1
Purchase Soft-PIN from SCPlus and repeat step 1

To replace frequently called no. with Two Digit Short Code:
